Welcome NextAlarm customers to the GeoArm family at last. We look forward to serving you and working as quickly as possible to re-program your accounts to our central monitoring station.

We can monitor IP alarm communicators, cellular and Dual-path alarm communications. We recommend emailing us at customerservice@geoarm.com photos of your alarm system as well as your alarm communicator. After we receive these photos we will analyze and contact you back very promptly.

GeoArm is known to have the least expensive no-long-term contract monitoring in the USA with rates starting at $10/month. This makes for a perfect alternative to NextAlarm monitoring services.

If you have an existing 3g/4g cellular communicator please DO NOT deactivate during this transition because if it is deactivated it will have to be replaced to receive service anyone.

We hope this finds you, your families, and employees, safe and well. During these unusual and difficult times, we want you to know that GEOARM is continuing to serve you at full strength.

Our Monitoring Center will continue to operate without interruption 24/7. As an emergency response company, we are prepared for disasters. To date, our dedicated employees continue to fill orders and provide support services from our general offices. It is business as usual for our purchasing, billing, accounts receivable, and shipping departments.

In the event it should become necessary for our employees to telework from their homes for their safety, our company will continue to be available to service your needs. All employees have computer access to our business network and remote cell phone connectivity to our phone system in order to provide the services you expect.  Although it would be the first time since our inception in 1984 to operate remotely, we are confident that we are equipped and ready to perform seamlessly for you.

Our call answer time may be slower than normal due to an increased volume, so let me thank you in advance for your patience.  In order to ensure that your call is answered, we have extended our published business hours. Naturally, we are hoping that our need to work remotely does not occur, but if it does, we want you to have peace of mind that we are here to serve you.  We wish you and your families, and employees, good health through the COVID-19 pandemic, and a quick rebound moving forward.
