The Verizon CDMA nationwide wireless cellular network shutdown is starting soon!
The Verizon® CDMA Network will be shut down permanently starting December 31st, 2022.
This will be a nationwide event which should be completed within the first week of 2023. Customers with Verizon CDMA communicators may begin to see communication failures and panel keypad faults as early as 11/21/22.

With an LTE Cat M1 cellular alarm communicator built into the module for use over either the AT&T or Verizon 4G/5G network, this radio was constructed for the strongest signal penetration in the most challenging of installation environments. “Because the Resideo LTEM-P comes with its own plug-in power supply and doesn’t require power directly from the panel, it is easy to install in just minutes,” said Drew Davis, Operations Manager of GeoArm.
